How do I download a ringtone to my cell phone? HELP!?

I really get this ringtone for free J-14 but I'm having trouble with certain routes, how do you download the file to your phone? I have on my desk but what do I do next? Please help! Http: / / www.j-14.com/2009/11/j-14-exclusive-justin-bieber-ringtone.html

Check out “Random Call,” an independent artist anthem with attitude (“I’m chemically imbalanced, you’re not talent/I eat hot MCs like cold salad, I’m so valid”), or check the minimal winner “Understand This,” where Guilty Simpson sounds his most obscure and most OJ Simpson -- the album he cut with Madlib -- while Black Milk sounds the most Album of the Year with all those clean, acoustic, and warm samples.
