Problem with ringtones?

OK I have Verizon and I used to download ringtones on my computer and then to send to my phone in a text message all the time in the Midi format thats because my phone requires it to be to use as a ringtone. But I just tried to do it again and Whent text message came on the phone, he said there was somthin attached, but it wouldnt let me watch or listen or anything when he was in the MIDI format, btu then I tried to send somthin in mp3 format and let me look. So does anyone know how i can get this to work again or what is wrong?

All files must be in proper format. twelve o'clock must be of type 0. mp3 should be max 11k sample rate.
